This study identified information on institutional set up of organizations, status, mandates, functions and capacities of governmental and public institutions with the Water Sector especially those involved in rural water supply and sanitation facilities delivery including policy formulation and decision making institutions, implementing agencies and regulatory and monitoring institutions in Ghana.
