TRAINING NEEDS ANALYSIS – Report prepared for the West Africa Water Initiative (WAWI). USAID Contract No. LAG-I-00-99-00018-00; Arlington, USA (2004)

This report identified training as a critical tool in achieving WAWI goal and objectives. It reflects the results of a survey carried out in April 2004 among WAWI partners and some collaborating NGO and government officials. The approach employed was to solicit felt needs from key management staff on what training needs their organizations and other WAWI partners need to better achieve the WAWI objectives as well as what is working and what needs improvement.
